What does 'SOURIRE' mean?
'SOURIRE' is a French word that means 'to smile.' It is pronounced
"sue rear."

SOURIRE's greeting cards are designed by one of its founding
members, Shawnette, an artist based in Brooklyn, New York.

How can I have my card order customized and/or personalized?
For customized/made-to-order cards, please submit your request for a price quote on our Contact page. Our custom services include: imprinting your own personal message on a card, and designing
wedding cards for you. There is a $15.00 set-up fee (for each customization) AND a required deposit
for all customized work.

How do I order wholesale?
SOURIRE is not accepting any new wholesale accounts this year.

When will I receive my order?
As a general rule, please allow 5 business days for the shipping of printed cards and 10 business days for the shipping of handcrafted cards and other gift items, including those from our affiliates. In some cases, orders MAY TAKE LONGER to ship.

What is your return policy?
If you need to return products that were purchased from our affiliates, please refer to their particular Return Policies. Sourire greeting cards, excluding personalized cards and items which have had their seals broken, have a 10 day return policy from the date of receipt and thereafter a 15 day exchange policy.
1) Phone Sourire at 718-573-4624 or send a request through the Contact page. State whether you request an exchange or credit. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2) Secure the merchandise in its original shipping box and seal with tape. Write the RA# on the outside of the box.
3) Return the package to our New York office via a traceable delivery method. Sourire can not be held responsible for returned goods lost of damaged in transit.
If Sourire is at fault for an incomplete or misprinted personalized order, a return or refund is allowed. All refunds are issued by check within three to four weeks of receipt of your return.
